We are partnered with Stripe for credit card processing at their standard rate of 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction. In addition, there’s a Processing Fee that is passed directly to your customer, meaning no extra cost to you!

Registration takes only a few minutes where you fill in some basic contact information about you and your business. Your personal info is protected and we will never spam your email. Once registered and first month paid, you’ll have full access to all of GoPrep’s features.

Most companies are up and running in about 1 to 2 weeks, depending on menu size. If you decide to go with a GoPrep website, that will also take about 2 weeks simultaneously.

GoPrep Support will assist with hands on onboarding for the first 30 days after your first monthly payment is made.

You are not locked in in any way. It’s a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time by yourself on your Billing page.
