Production Reports
Production Reports let your kitchen know the exact quantity of each meal they need to prepare. You can even break down the report further into separate production groups for your kitchen.
You can select a custom date range or run a daily/weekly report, and with the click of a button an organized report is printed. The reporting system automatically keeps track of all of your orders and compiles each meal into one master list.
Nutrition Facts
Generating nutrition facts for your meals has never been this easy.
Enter nutrition facts directly, or simply type in the ingredients for the meal, the unit of measurement, and the quantity of each ingredient. With the press of a button all of these ingredients are broken down into nutritional facts and presented on your menu for your customers to see.
Recurring Subscriptions
Subscriptions are an important staple to any Meal Prep or Catering company. It gives your customers the convenience of not having to place orders each week, and it gives you the confidence that your customer base is strong and growing.
With GoPrep, customers can switch from a one time purchase to a weekly or monthly subscription with the flip of a switch during checkout with you providing an optional discount. These new Subscriptions are conveniently separated in your admin panel so you can see an overview at any time.
Packing Slips
Before your meals go out for delivery or pickup, it’s a good idea to insert a Packing Slip in the bag with each order.
The Packing Slip is customized with your business logo and gives the customer an overview of the meals they received with their order. Optionally add in order notes, heating instructions, expiration dates, and anything else you want to communicate to your customers.
Ingredients Reports
Ingredients Reports are an essential way to keep track of all the ingredients you need for a production period.
As orders are placed, GoPrep automatically keeps track of all the ingredients entered per meal. This allows you to print out an organized ingredient list and prevent under or over ordering ingredients.
Gift Cards
Allow customers to order Gift Cards to be used when purchasing from your menu. At the time of purchase a recipient email can be entered wherein the Gift Card code is sent to the recipient. This code can then be used like a coupon code, reducing the payment amount until the Gift Card balance reaches zero.
When logged in to your admin account you can keep track of all active gift cards, view the original amount, remaining balance, and recipient email addresses.
Coupons
Along with subscription discounts, you can add coupons which help drive more sales to your business.
Advertise these coupons on your website or social media pages to give customers more of an incentive to order from you. These coupons can be a flat amount or a percentage off the cart.
