    Although you technically don’t need a website to use GoPrep, we offer Professionally Designed Website Templates to help give you an amazing online storefront for your customers. Our onboarding team collects some basic information from you and then we do all the work, so you don’t need to worry about any technicalities or building the site yourself.

    Our templated sites are available at request at the low price of a $149 setup fee, and then just $19/mo for hosting.

    How much does GoPrep cost?

    We offer a Starter Plan and a Pro Plan. Both plans get full access to all the features we have to offer, with the only difference being the number of Transactions allowed per month. Please visit out Pricing page for more details.

    We also pride ourselves in being one of the only online ordering platforms to not take any additional transaction fees on top of standard credit card fees.

    How long does it take to get started?

    Registration takes only a few minutes where you fill in some basic contact information about you and your business. Your personal info is protected and we will never spam your email. Once registered and first month paid, you’ll have full access to all of GoPrep’s features.

    Most companies are up and running in about 1 to 2 weeks, depending on menu size. If you decide to go with a GoPrep website, that will also take about 2 weeks simultaneously.

    GoPrep Support will assist with hands on onboarding for the first 30 days after your first monthly payment is made.

    What if I want to leave?

    You are not locked in in any way. It’s a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time by yourself on your Billing page.

    How do I add GoPrep to my website?

    Adding GoPrep to your website is as easy as copy and pasting your GoPrep menu URL to an “Order Now” or other button on your website. No website? No problem. We can provide a professionally designed template site for a small fee!
